For Airbnb meant thinking through their Employer Brand Proposition-- the values which differentiate their culture.
Working with Airbnb executives, I articulated core values, rolled out their Live and Work Anywhere policy, and championed their employer brand with responsive content that speaks simply, directly, and strategically to candidates.
