This meant thinking through their Employer Brand Proposition-- that is, the values which differentiate Airbnb's culture.
Working with Airbnb executives, we articulated AirBnb’s core values, rolled out their Live and Work Anywhere policy, and championed growth opportunities with responsive content that speaks simply, directly, and strategically to candidates.
